Would stay here again, an excellent stay on vacation. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfy. Accommodating staff and hot and freshly cooked breakfast with lots of options. The location is unbeatable, 2 miles from Botanical Garden. It's in a nice building in the nice area. The property is at 16 miles distance from the airport.

The breakfasts were warm and awesome with a good variety of food options like sausage. The location is fairly quiet and central, right next to the riverfront and tourist area, with familiar dining options, grocery stores, the mall.

The best part about this place was the staff - they were amazing and totally went above and beyond. the room I stayed in was pretty nice, but the curtain wouldn't shut properly and there was a cool balcony 🌟.

The recepcionist was very honest to confess that the hotel was not a secure area!!
The room was stinking and the linen was dirty. Old fashioned air condition was working with a db of 100 which did not let us sleep..

We had a real bad issue with Palmetto Bugs. Also, the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel staff was very understanding and corteous, but it was not enough to make me want to stay there.

The hotel is located not far from the city centre. You just take Abercorne Street all the way down and you reach the centre. The room was quite big and kept clean, and they had a swimming pool
The breakfast has little to offer, although one thing is that the hotel was full and we got there around the end of serving hours, so you might get better breakfast in other conditions. The bathroom was rather small, but compared to the big size of the room I guess it is ok.
